Industry | Jordan Park Facility Model

Jordan Park is a fictional academic facility model created for the USTA RSMA Program. It illustrates an inclusive, sustainable parks-and-recreation racquet sports operation—not an approved public project.

Facility Overview

The model includes 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, operated seven days a week through RecTrac. Public court access remains free; organized programming, events, camps, lessons, leagues, and tournaments provide the service pathway and revenue.

MISSION

A fun place to work and play, grounded in courteous and fair relationships, qualified and approachable staff, and passion for our community.

Leadership Philosophy & Programming Pathway

My leadership philosophy is built on respect, clear communication, continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability. The pathway is Learn → Play → Belong → Stay: introductory Red/Orange/Green/Yellow programming, development clinics, leagues and teams, then lifelong community participation.
